Efficacy runs its CBT practice collaboratively and transparently so clients are completely clear about what the investment will be – not just in time, but also in money. Most of our CBT programmes require a minimum of six sessions, with the average being 10 to 12 sessions, and it’s important to consider the overall investment rather than the cost per session. Your therapist will provide an individually tailored plan at the conclusion of your initial assessment session. This will include an outline of the estimated number of sessions and the investment that he or she considers you will need to get well.

The assessment session is paid at the time of booking, and payment for subsequent appointments is taken two working days (Mon-Fri) in advance of the next session. To maximise our availability for clients, Efficacy runs a two working days cancellation policy. If you cannot make your appointment, please advise your therapist as soon as possible. A full charge will be taken for appointments cancelled with less than two working days’ notice.
