Dympna has been part of the Onebright team since 2005. She also works as a CBT therapist and a Team Leader for the Lambeth Drug Rehabilitation Service, which involves management of the service and providing clinical supervision to her team members.

Experience

Dympna has been part of the Onebright team since 2005. She also works as a CBT therapist and a Team Leader for the Lambeth Drug Rehabilitation Service, which involves management of the service and providing clinical supervision to her team members.  

Also, Dympna provides group CBT for adults with substance misuse problems and individual CBT to clients with anxiety disorders and depression.

Before this, Dympna worked as a mental health nurse across London hospitals. This included a role as Senior Substance Misuse Nurse managing patients in the community, looking after in-patient acute assessment units for the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, and nursing on an acute inpatient unit in Gordon Hospital.

Dympna’s area of expertise is substance misuse and addictions.
