Jaehae is a BABCP accredited CBT therapist with diverse and extensive clinical experience. She has worked in primary, secondary and tertiary mental health services, both privately and within the NHS from 2008.
Jaehae qualified as a CBT therapist in 2014 and has specialised in common mental health problems including depression and anxiety disorders. She has practiced in IAPTs widely across London, including in Ealing, Chelsea and Westminster and Crouch End.
Prior to qualification, she worked as a Dual Diagnosis Specialist for severe mental health problems and addictions. As a Dual Diagnosis Specialist, she worked in crisis teams, mental health teams for care homes, and complex needs psychology teams. This enabled her to add depth to her practice as a CBT therapist
Jaehae has provided lectures as part of the formal curriculum for AMHPs (Approved Mental Health Professionals).
