Kasia is a highly skilled and effective CBT psychotherapist and nutritionist with over 15 years’ experience in nutrition and mental health at the NHS. She is experienced in a variety of therapeutic techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy.
In addition to her role at Efficacy, Kasia works as an NHS psychotherapist in Surrey, where she provides high-intensity CBT assessments and treatments as well as clinical supervision and training.
Kasia has worked in the NHS for 13 years in Public Health and Mental Health departments and has a track record of working successfully with diverse client populations. She managed health, fitness and weight management programmes for children and adults and she helped whole families to make sustained lifestyle changes using healthy eating, physical activity and behaviour change strategies. Kasia has been a speaker at Public Health conferences, lectures and schools in the UK. She has featured in a variety of publications including Southwark News and Diabetes UK.
Kasia enjoys working with individuals and groups. She is experienced in treating a wide variety of anxiety and mood disorders including:

- Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Kasia has a special interest in the treatment of obesity and eating disorders. She uses a combined approach of CBT and nutrition science to deliver effective programmes treating:

- Clinical Obesity
