Mental Health First Aid – World Mental Health Day 2016

Efficacy not only supports those in treatment – but we also work alongside organisations and corporates to support the de-stigmatisation of mental health through raising awareness and understanding. We deliver mental health first aid courses (face to face or digitally) that are suitable and relevant to the workplace and give people confidence and tools to support colleagues that may need support. We were really encouraged to see a widespread validation of this approach on World Mental Health Day 2016.

Our course helps organisations address a person’s needs appropriately and ensures they are informed on best pathways to professional care. Confidence and skills to support mental health appropriately mean that an organization can help people earlier in their journey of wellbeing and recovery with the right type of intervention at the right time.  Let us know if we can help your organization.
