Efficacy awarded prestigious GHP award

Expert cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) practitioners, Efficacy, are delighted to have been awarded the ‘Best CBT Therapy Service 2019’ by Global Health & Pharma (GHP).

The annual GHP awards shine a light on the health industry’s most dedicated organisations. They aim to recognise the achievements of the professionals in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, and specifically appreciate organisations that promote innovative practices in the medical world.

The GHP state, “Our awards recognise all levels and all aspects of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, choosing to focus not just on the obvious candidates - the practitioners and scientists at the cutting edge of these rapidly evolving industries. Yet also celebrating the supporting cast - from nurses, architects and product designers, to legal specialists and top-level corporate decision makers - without whom many of the life-changing innovations and developments we see on an almost daily basis would simply not be possible.”

Having recently been shortlisted for the HSJ Partnership Awards, Efficacy is honoured to have gained recognition for their phenomenal contributions to cognitive behavioural therapy. Since launching in 2003, Efficacy has developed themselves as expert leaders in their industry. The organisation are unique from their competitors by only having BABCP accredited therapists within the practice. Efficacy also boasts an impressive 87 percent recovery rate for people who complete therapy with them.

Discussing their GHP, ‘Best CBT Therapy Service 2019’ award win, Efficacy’s Director, Lee Grant said,

“we are really proud and honoured to have been awarded the Best CBT Therapy Service award. However, we know that this is all down to the dedicated hard work of our team and partners, taking care of every single person as they, themselves, would want to be treated."

Efficacy’s Director of Clinical and Business Operations, Shamira Graham continued that sentiment by stating,

“we were so delighted to be awarded Best CBT Service as it recognises what we are privileged to witness from our clients and partners every single day.   We see and hear the impact that formulation driven CBT and well governed CBT delivery can have on our clients.  We pour over the clinical data set, so we get a good insight. We see they have achieved their goals, know they have returned to work,  know their relationships are improved etc. But, the best bit of our job is hearing their stories.”
