Efficacy Holds Triumphant UK Team Event

Award winning expert Cognitive Behavioural Therapists & Psychiatry service provider – Efficacy; held their fourth and final quarter annual SIG business update on Friday 4th October 2019 at the atmospheric and delightful Griffin Room - Counting House, in Cornhill.

Efficacy Founder, Clinical Director, and CBT Therapist – Lee Grant; commented on the successful year Efficacy has had, reporting “good growth” across both the BTC and B2B segments, and an increasing number of prospective new partners and intermediaries.

Pictured above with Professor of Addictive Behaviours and Mental Health, Marcantonio Spada; who is also Head of the Division of Psychology, and Deputy Lead of the Centre for Addictive Behaviours Research at London South Bank University, Lee Grant, commenced the quarterly review by introducing Professor Spada as guest speaker. The event provided the Efficacy network therapists with an engaging thought-provoking and habit-changing talk on Worry & Rumination, and Addiction to Technology (a threat to wellbeing).

To round off the evening, Lee gave praise to Clinical Director Shamira Graham, by adding:

“The senior management team led by (Clinical Director, Business Operations & BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist) - Shamira Graham; has taken decisive action in ensuring that key operational and Business development strategic efforts are structured appropriately to focus on the needs of the Business. In particular; partnership working and new developments in evidence-based wearable technology and its link to the support of Mental Health and Wellbeing clinical interventions. The prospects over the next few months and advances in wearable technology and how they can be used to further support our services is extremely exciting!”

On Growth & Expansion, Lee Grant went on to say:

“With our continued growth of the nationwide network of CBT Accredited therapists and (in-particular) within our London based network, our Cornhill head office is increasingly becoming limited for space. Growth in B2C and B2B referrals has resulted in more and more clients opting for sessions to take place in our head office due to the convenience and proximity of our centralised location. There are plans to move our head office to a larger serviced space, however, the focus is not only to increase on room availability, but also the comfort and overall styling of what would be our new therapeutic rooms”

The night concluded with a social interaction for all attending therapists and staff, and marked a wonderful way to conclude the SIG meeting.
