Paddy offers CBT for anxiety and mood disorders and depression and a combination of CBT/EMDR for a post-traumatic stress disorder. Paddy’s expertise is working with post-traumatic stress disorder, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, and phobias such as a driving phobia. Paddy has an interest in working with OCD intrusive thoughts and ruminations.

Marisa is a CBT therapist with ten years experience in busy NHS primary care psychology departments, where she delivered individual and group CBT as well as supervising other therapists. She trained in the first national cohort of IAPT therapists (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies). Before then, she worked in mental health and research in the community sector. Marisa is bilingual (English and Italian).
