Debbie has been working as a therapist for over 12 years. Over this time, she has amassed vast experience helping her clients address various issues including anxiety disorders, depression and low self-esteem. In addition to this, she has also undertaken extensive work with clients who have long-term physical conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and chronic pain.
Debbie currently also works part-time in the NHS delivering CBT in primary care for medical training purposes, and she also teaches CBT to undergraduate medical students. Before her career in psychotherapy, Debbie worked as a Psychiatric Nurse both in hospital and community patient settings.
