Margo has been working in private settings since 2008, using cognitive behavioural approaches, Mindfulness, compassion focussed CBT, cognitive analytical therapy and dialectical behavioural therapy. Margo uses her extensive training and knowledge to inform her clinical practice and ensure therapy is tailored to suit individual needs. In the NHS, Margo has worked as an honorary consultant clinical psychologist and is currently the deputy clinical director on a doctorate in clinical psychology training programme.

Norma is an acclaimed therapist who has significant experience in treating an array of issues ranging from stress and anxiety to relationships and trauma. She is the founder and director of Christian Counselling Training Courses and has lectured at The London School of Theology. Norma is widely involved in designing courses in other counselling centres. She is also a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors Training Development Group.
