Melanie Jones

Experience

Alongside her private practice, Melanie works as a provider of onsite intervention and post-trauma support for organisations following critical incidents such as terrorist attacks, industrial accidents and sudden deaths in the workplace. She is also a qualified workplace conflict mediator.

Since the late 1990s, Melanie has also worked as an executive coach and trainer in many public and private sector organisations, including London Underground and the Civil Service. She currently works as an Associate Tutor for Oxford Said Business School on a number of the School's management and leadership programmes.

Zara has over ten years’ experience of working therapeutically in health and social care settings such as the UK wide organisation Turning Point, the NHS and leading London-based private practice, Efficacy.

Simon Lamb

Experience

Simon has been working as a cognitive behavioural therapist delivering CBT for four years. Simon also works as a behavioural couples’ therapist treating couples where one or both suffer from depression. As well as running a private clinic, Simon works part-time for an NHS Improving Access to Psychological Services (IAPT) where he sees patients with a variety of psychological difficulties.
