Caroline is a warm and professional clinician who has over 20 years’ experience practising CBT to help individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional problems, including mood and anxiety disorders, phobias, OCD, body dysmorphia, trauma, stress, anger, medically unexplained symptoms and grief. Before Caroline’s CBT training, she worked as both a general and registered mental health nurse, which has given her a solid knowledge of mental health problems experienced by people of various backgrounds. Caroline can draw on her experience and extensive training to provide a flexible and tailored approach to meet her clients’ needs. She has worked most recently in the NHS as a senior psychological therapist and supervisor for her improving regional access to psychological therapies (IAPT) programme.
