I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over twelve years’ experience using evidence-based therapy to help individuals reclaim and maintain their emotional wellbeing.  I am also an accredited Psychotherapist with, particularly interest in how the therapeutic relationship impacts on the success of therapy.  Work-related stress is a specialism for me as well as problems with the body image, eating and women’s issues including midlife and menopause. 

I pride myself on being an approachable and open person. My empathy is grounded in my own experience of both anxiety and depression.  Before I retrained to be a therapist, I had a career in business development in the events and travel industry.
