We offer psychological interventions for mental health in the public and statutory sector.
Delivering psychological assessment and treatment, we work in partnership with our clients who include NHS General Practitioners experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, and frontline British Transport Police Officers experiencing PTSD.
Since 2011, we have been commissioned across the UK by NHS Trusts, NHS commissioners, the Department of Health and CCG's to deliver psychological interventions.
We help the NHS improve patient outcomes and deliver better care through assessment, treatment and recovery. Between 2016 and 2018 we provided a multimillion pound IAPT service as part of a joint venture; having satisfied the rigours of the NHS procurement and information governance standards.
We aim to ensure that clients receive the best available care at the right time. To this end, we pathway services back into the NHS where appropriate, and always check against NHS waiting times for our independent partners.
Working with clients in national and local public sector and government services, we have longstanding relationships with organisations such as the British Transport Police, The Cabinet Office, M15 and Network Rail. We also work with other third-party agencies who have secured waiting list contracts but don’t have the resources to deliver them.
At Efficacy, we have the responsiveness and agility of an independent organisation while our systems, governance and processes reflect those of a public sector body. This, combined with our understanding of how best to manage public/private partnerships, enables us to form smooth, productive and effective long-term partnerships with public sector and statutory clients.
