One year on …More relaxed, confident and happier
It's a year to the day that we first met, and I just wanted to let you know that things are going very well both personally and at work. It's fair to say that I am in a completely different space than in the three years or so before we started working together - much more relaxed, confident and generally much happier. This is all supported by daily meditation; having finalised and using my flexible rules and nurturing voice every day; using thought challenges whenever I need to; and crucially - being able to separate myself from my thoughts. I also try and spend a little time each weekend reviewing the previous week and looking over my CBT resources. I have particularly found 'The CBT Handbook' by Pamela Myles and Roz Shafran very useful…. thanks for all your help on my very successful journey.
